New member to join Guillaume Besnard’s team in Toulouse!

Guillaume Besnard, head of the Toulouse INFRAGECO team, in the Evolution & Diversité Biologique (EDB) lab, opened a position for a post-doctoral researcher to work on the population genomics of Madagascar olive trees (genus Noronhia). The position was advertised at the beginning of the summer and we were lucky enough to have several very good candidates. The position was offered to Jordi Salmona who has been working on the population genomics of lemurs during his PhD and is currently finishing his work with Julien Côte, a CNRS researcher at EDB, on the genomic bases of lizards’ adaptation to climate change.DSC06495
