Yesterday, we sent the corrected proofs of our first INFRAGECO manuscript to Heredity. In this manuscript we extend the original work of Mazet et al (2016) on the IICR (inverse instantaneous coalescence rate). In a few words, we study the properties of the IICR under various models of population structure. We thus try to understand how population structure generates spurious histories of population size changes. For more detail visit our Publications page. In that page you will find two links to the pre-prints of the main manuscript and of the supplementary materials.
